There is no e-token machine now, so no digital monitor is available. Things are maintained manually. Sometimes it can be a long queue; sometimes, it can be smooth. There was drinking water available a year back, but now there is no water facility. Things can be more efficient and smooth, especially for parts.

Very excessive pricing incl improper diagnosis and avid to basic servicing.The rating did not drop by it's own.They won't repair only replace at a margin.You don't replace the car for one tire unless you want that don't go here rather go to jamuna future park or see 3rd parties

An authorized place for Samsung phones and utensils service center. Have a big assistance line but need time to get service. All accessories may not be available all the time. Price will be applicable as per genuine price.

In fact, Samsung phone service is not very satisfactory, there customer care service at Bashundhara City is very disappointing. Long wait to get the desired service and staff behaviour is not very good!

Poor management. More than 50 customers were waiting in queue and they hand only 3 staff to provide service. The waiting time is more than 120min. Even for premium customers. Though they said premium customers would be called earlier, but they did not.

Went there for service, located at Bashundhara City Complex, L-3, greeted by a front desk officer, sent me directly to a free counter at C-4, designated employee supported me completely, awesome experience!

Worst service ever i have received from such a well know company, the behaviour of the served assistant is very awful. He was very rush to complete the service although i was waiting for 40 mins to get him for my service.
