How reviews work

Anyone with an account can review a business they dealt with. A rating on a business page is nothing more than the arithmetic of the reviews it received — there is no editorial thumb on the scale and no paid placement in it. A business can claim its page and reply publicly; that reply shows as an official response beside the review, never in place of it. Reviews that break the guidelines are removed, not quietly rewritten, and a review's edit history stays visible so a changed opinion can be read as one.

How price data works

Prices are read automatically from Bangladeshi retailers' own product pages and re-checked through the day. Every price is shown with its shop and its last-checked time, so any number here is verifiable at the source in one click. A listing that sits far below the median for a product is not promoted to "lowest price" — at that gap it is usually a grey-market import or a different configuration, so it stays on the page, flagged, where the caveat fits.

What we do not do

• No invented people. The platform's automation may publish facts and AI text — always badged as AI in the interface — but it is never permitted to create a user account or post an opinion as a person.
• No paid ratings or paid rankings. Business tools are sold; scores, ordering and price data are not for sale.
• No silent edits. Guides and comparisons are maintained in place and carry the date the content actually changed, not the date a job last looked at them.
