Mailed them, called them thrice for a holiday package to Cox's Bazar but they kept avoiding saying the rates aren't available. Not sure about the overall service but the attitude seemed really unwelcoming, especially from the Banani office staff. Managed the same package from Go Zayaan later.

I traveled to Cox's Bazar and returned to Dhaka with Air Astra. Their service was good. Since it was a domestic flight, the trip was 50 minutes to an hour. The trip fuel (snacks)was disappointing.

Budget airlines in Bangladesh. They are growing fast and trying to make their customers happy by providing them the best possible services. It was my first journey with them. Service is not bad and flight experience was good.
