Very poor security. My account was hacked, PIN reset without permission, and money was withdrawn. Could not recover the account even with correct information. Not safe for keeping money.

Nagad is compmetely fraud service. If you you send nagad to bank account, they maximum time vanish the taka. you can not find it in bank or nagad account never and ever. if anyone need evedence i will provide. I just hate this ugly service in Bangladesh
