Worst ISP I've ever used. The internet speed is stable, but every few days the connection goes down. Once it's gone, it can take anywhere from a few hours to even a week before it's fixed.

Absolutely irresponsible company with worst customer service in Bd. Their service line is so bad I regret keeping their dishline for 3 years and not moving to other company. Their authority has never taken any measure over their staffs behavioural issues.
