Shittiest ISP of this Galaxy. You will have bad internet because there is a EPL match between Man Utd vs Ipswich Town or some shi like that. Doesn't pick up customer calls on time, doesn't fix issues on time. A 1050BDT of 80Mbps net cannot be used by 2 people. Absolute sh7tshow.

Customer service is not very helpful. It's just annoying. Net speed slow. They are now unable to provide adequate guidance or quick fixes. The quality of service is deteriorating daily.

I used Dot Internet for the last few months, and my experience has been disappointing. Their customer service is very poor, and they were unable to resolve my issue even after I contacted them multiple times. The support was slow and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dot Internet to others.
