Pathetic internet connection avoid even if you die.. internet speed always fluctuate. I bought 15 Mbps but sometimes it goes deep down to just 50-100 kbps. Whenever we try to complain they reply "apnar router e problem" I have used like 4-5 providers in my life it's simply the worst of them all

They never pick up the phone if I dial the customer care! Their service is trash. Somehow I had a phone number of one of their employee and I guess he is the descendant of nobab sirajuddaula. His attitude and ego is unmatched. Changing the ISP

I used Dot Internet for the last few months, and my experience has been disappointing. Their customer service is very poor, and they were unable to resolve my issue even after I contacted them multiple times. The support was slow and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dot Internet to others.
